Let's make something beautiful!

My primary focus is creating custom, commissioned pieces. My online gallery acts a a portfolio of all my available images that are ready to be printed at the time a client is ready to place an order.

Most regular orders take 5-7 business days to print, prep and ship. Custom sizes or different media like fine art paper or gallery wrapped canvas will take a few days longer. I will provide an estimated time for delivery at the time your project is quoted.

I keep a certain number of prints and canvases in stock which you can check out on our Current Inventory page.

All items are printed on the highest quality papers and canvases with archival inks to last a lifetime.

Available Print Media Types

Silver-Halide Luster Prints:

I consider printing to be the final stage of the photography process. The captivating moment when you see a large format print of an image is special, each and every time.

It is important that all printed images are archival and are printed on the highest quality of mediums whether its paper or canvas so your artwork stands the test of time.

My images are printed on Traditional Fuji Crystal Archive and Kodak Endura photographic papers unless otherwise specified. These papers are gelatin-emulsion, light-sensitive, silver-halide papers, exposed by lasers on the Durst Lambda digital enlarger.

Careful attention is made to ensure superior prints.

Fine Art Paper Prints:

These giclee prints are available as custom order. Each image is printed on museum-quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag William Tunrer paper (310 gsm), using only high-quality Epson UltraChrome™ K3 pigment inks. Made from 100% cotton rag, this premium paper has a rated opacity of 99% and a smooth surface texture. To ensure archival standards, the paper is calcium carbonate buffered and acid free. These standards guarantee that you can enjoy the print for decades to come.

Gallery Wrapped Canvas Prints:

We’ve done a few of these over the years and I’m a big fan. These look great on large empty walls.

These are custom made each time at the time of ordering. Please contact the studio  for a quote and estimated time frame for delivery.

FAQ’s: Here’s some answers to basic questions I get.

Standard Versus Custom Sizes

STANDARD SIZING: refers to the traditional sizes like 11×14, 16×20, 20×30… print sizes. These cropped format prints fit traditional pre-cut 4 and 8-ply mats. Prints larger than 11×14 require custom matting and are shipped in a durable tube. This allows you that ability to tailor your art with a local framer to fit your specific space.

CUSTOM SIZING: A lot of my past work, I’ve shot full frame and then applied a custom crop as to best represent the story for that image. Most of these prints require a custom mat but can easily be made to fit your framing options with your local art framer.

Choosing the right size

Choosing the right size for your home or office can be a challenge so I put together a slide show with some sample mock ups to show what different sizes look like when hung above a standard 80″ sofa. Scroll down to see samples.

Color Accuracy

Whether it’s full-color, black and white or a toned print, color accuracy is very important to me. While there may be some variations from computer monitors to the final print, I’m very committed to making sure that what you order and what shows up is a close to what is posted in my gallery.

Proof prints are available upon request and may incur and additional charge base on your needs. Please contact the studio with any questions.

What is Giclee Printing?

Giclee is fine resolution, art quality ink-jet printing. With Giclee prints, artists and photographers have new choices like canvas and fine art papers for reproducing their images. Use Giclee prints anytime you want the look and feel of traditional fine art appearance. My prints are printed on a 309gm natural white paper. The quality is amazing!

How Long Will Giclee Prints Last?

The short answer is: ours will last much longer than a lifetime.

We use Ultrachrome Inks in carefully chosen ink/media combinations that are proven to provide the widest possible color gamut life while extending print life under normal indoor display conditions, away from direct sunlight or harsh fluorescent light.

Our canvas prints, with ClearStar® liquid coatings that block UV light, are projected to be fade-free for 100+ years. Satin coating is standard. This time consuming extra step is costly and ignored by many printers.

Fine Art Paper prints are projected to be color-stable for 100+ years without any coatings.

Additional proofing and costs apply.

What is Gallery-Wrap?

Gallery-wrap uses the outer 1.75″ (all around) of the image to wrap around the stretcher. It requires careful planning by the artist because the wrapped area is lost from the face of the artwork, thereby cropping the composition. Unless the original composition will be acceptable after cropping, this option is not desirable.

Gallery wrap works best when you plan the composition to allow for the loss of image from the face to the sides of the stretcher.

Cost: Gallery-Wrap adds 4″ to the width and 4″ to the length of the printed area. Depending on the original size, the area printed will be 20%-100% larger than a normal print. The stretching cost remains the same.

Please contact us for a quote on printing and stretching.

Need help finding the right size for your space?

I put together a couple sample mock ups of standard sizing for comparison. It’s always a good idea to measure out your space with either tape or cut a sheet of cardboard and hang it in the space you are looking to hang your piece of art.

Here is what the following sizes 40×60, 24×36 and 20×30 look like when hung over a standard 80″ couch.
